Multi-talented and the fastest uprising MTN hitmaker star popularly known as Kidi, from the Lynx Entertainment has revealed how he was able to collaborate with Self acclaimed “African Dancehall King” Charles Nii Armah aka Shatta Wale in a brand-new song with Kuami Eugen e yet to be released.
Speaking in an interview with Radio Central’s Amansan Krakye, Kidi, born Dennis Nana Dwamena, disclosed that he went with DJ Vyrusky to greet Shatta Wale in his studio a day before the most talked about show S Concert.
He continued, “I pulled out my pen drive with an instrumental produced by my self to be given to Shatta Wale to work on. I went out of the studio for a short time to receive a call, upon my arrival, Shatta Wale had already gotten some inspiration from the beat. He started recording on the beat, and I had no option to ride on the beat with him in which Kuami Eugene joined us in the studio later”.
When asked about how his future in the Ghanaian Music Industry was like,
he said,” the future is very bright, but am taking it step by step. I am working extremely hard to be recognized by Vodafone Ghana Music Awards; that will also help me get recognition from Channel O, MTV Awards and other high award schemes all over world.
